3.3 Cancellation Policy

4.3 Call-Out Fees

  • Cancelled appointments with less than 2 hours' notice
  • Situations where access to the appliance is not provided
  • Diagnostic visits where no repair is completed

5. Warranty and Guarantees

All repairs are covered by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. This warranty covers the specific repair carried out and does not extend to other components of the appliance.

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
